For marketing teams, SEO agencies and writers

Content for Google and AI answers. Written from your sources.

Content AI writes articles from your own documents, not from the model's memory. Whatever they lack, it looks up on the web and cites. Then it scores the draft for SEO, AIO, AEO and GEO, checks facts and links, and shows what to fix.

01Why

Search is no longer one place.

The same article now has to work in Google results, in AI Overviews, in assistants and in models that cite their sources. General-purpose AI tools write smoothly, but they do not know your business.

Four surfaces, one draft

Writing four versions of the same article is not a plan. Content AI writes one and scores it separately for each surface.

AI does not know your offer

Prices, product names, service areas. Without them, a text reads well but cannot be published. Here the model writes from your company documents.

Invented figures and links

Asked about something its sources do not cover, a model will happily fill in the gap. Here figures and addresses come from the sources, and the fact check flags sentences without support.

02How it works

From topic to publication in five steps.

  1. 1

    Topic

Type a topic or describe who the text should attract. Content AI suggests 10 topics and says who searches for each one and why.

A described need: 10 topics with search intent

  2. 2

    Sources

PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT and CSV files, web pages by address, notes and recordings to transcribe. Only the passages that match the topic reach the draft, not whole files.

Upload once, use on any device, visible only to you

  3. 3

    Draft

Content type, length, tone, audience and language. Optionally, a SERP analysis before writing and a web search with sources listed under the article.

Type, length, tone, audience, language, web sources

  4. 4

    Review

SEO, AIO, AEO and GEO scores with specific findings, gaps against Google results and a fact check. On request, the model revises the draft based on the findings.

SEO, AIO, AEO and GEO scores plus a fact check

  5. 5

    Publish

DOCX, PDF and TXT files, a JSON-LD schema, or publishing straight to WordPress or Drupal. The same draft becomes a post, a newsletter, an image and a recording.

DOCX, PDF, JSON-LD or publishing to WordPress

03SEO, AIO, AEO and GEO

One draft. Four ways to be found.

SEO is regular Google results, AIO is the AI summaries above them, AEO is direct answers in search engines and voice assistants, and GEO is citations in AI chats. Content AI scores the draft separately for each: a result from 0 to 100 and a list of what to fix. Self-review then improves the draft based on the score.

How to choose a CRM for a small business: three criteria and costs

A CRM is software that keeps customer contacts, conversation history and the stage of every sale in one place. In a survey of 120 customers, 7 in 10 businesses adopted one once offers started getting lost in the inbox.

What does a CRM for 5 people cost?

The Start plan covers up to 5 users and contact import from a CSV file. Three things matter when choosing: contact import, email integration and the price per user.

04Fact check

Content backed by your own sources.

The check compares the draft with the selected documents and lists what they do not support, quoting the fragment. The server also checks links: whether they are in the sources and whether the page responds.

05Features

Everything from idea to publication, in one workspace.

Fact check

Compares the draft with the selected sources and lists what they do not support: unsupported figures, claims wider than the source, contradictions and recommendations that point to a competitor. Among links, it catches addresses not in the sources, dead pages and anchors that say nothing.

Knowledge base

Upload your company documents once and use them on any device. When writing, the model receives only the passages that best match the topic.

Web research with sources

With web search on, the model looks online for what your documents do not cover and lists the pages it used under the draft. You can exclude competitor sites in Brand details.

SERP and gaps

Google results for your keyword and the topics your draft misses, added on request.

Export and publishing

DOCX, PDF, TXT and JSON-LD, or publishing straight to WordPress or Drupal.

Also included

  • Brand voice: paste 2-5 of your company texts and the model adopts their style
  • Self-review: the model scores the finished draft and revises it accordingly (takes 2-3 times longer)
  • Bulk generation: a list of topics, one per line
  • Content types: article, blog post, FAQ page, landing page, product or service copy and press release
  • Brand visibility in AI answers: an on-demand snapshot
  • llms.txt files, robots.txt rules for AI bots and UTM links
  • Reading drafts aloud
  • Content in Polish, English, German and Czech

06AI reliability

Built around the ways AI gets things wrong.

A language model does not raise an error. It just keeps writing. So every typical failure has its own safeguard here.

#ProblemWhat Content AI does
01Invented figuresNumbers are required only when the sources contain them, and the fact check compares each figure with the documents.
02Filling gaps from memoryThree outcomes are allowed: the knowledge base, a search result listed as the source, or dropping the claim.
03Fabricated linksAddresses are copied from the sources character for character, and every link in a finished draft is checked twice: against the sources and live from the server.
04Facts stretched beyond the sourceScope is pinned to what the source says: one country, one product, one kind of customer.
05Outdated yearEvery prompt receives today's date, read from the clock at call time.
06Malformed responsesA repair pass resolves unclear spots the way a reader would, and shows a clear message when it cannot.

Each of these safeguards has its own automated test. If a test fails, the new version of the app is not released.

07Security

Keys and data under control.

Here is exactly what stays in your browser, what reaches the Content AI server and what goes to the AI provider.

How a request reaches the AI model
  1. Browsersends the topic, settings and the passages from your documents that match the topic. It adds your API key, encrypted in a cookie.
  2. Content AI serverchecks that you are signed in and still have room in your plan. It decrypts the key only for this request and passes the request to the AI provider.
  3. AI providerwrites the answer and charges its cost to your account with the provider

The server does not save your key, either to disk or to logs.

  • Only your browser keeps your API key

You save the key in the app, and your browser keeps it in an encrypted cookie that no script on the page and no other account can read. With each request it travels over an encrypted connection to the Content AI server, which passes it to the AI provider. The server does not save the key to disk or to logs and does not use it for anything else.

  • Model costs on your own account

You pay the provider directly for the model, from your own account with them, with no markup from us. You set a spend limit in the provider console and can see the estimated cost of each draft in the app, under History.

  • Passwords and sign-in

We store passwords only as a hash (scrypt with a random salt), so nobody knows them, including us. After 8 failed attempts from one IP address, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes, and after 20 failed attempts on one account within an hour, that account is locked for 15 minutes. Your session lives in a signed cookie that no script on the page can read.

  • Only your account sees your documents

Uploaded documents are stored on the Content AI server and only your account can access them. When a draft is written, the AI model receives only the passages that match the topic, not whole files.

  • Payments through Stripe

You enter your card details on Stripe's page. Content AI never sees or stores them. From Stripe we receive only whether the payment went through and the details needed to account for it.

  • Nothing from third-party servers

The app loads no scripts or fonts from other servers: libraries and typefaces are on the Content AI server. The server itself uses no ready-made packages downloaded from the internet, so no unreviewed code reaches it with an update.

08Who it is for

For teams that write a lot and cannot afford mistakes.

  • Marketing teams

Company documents, brand details and brand voice in one place. Every draft follows the same rules.

  • SEO agencies

Google results analysis for a keyword and a list of topics the draft is missing. Plus SEO, AIO, AEO and GEO scores and many articles at once from a list of topics. Finished drafts go straight to WordPress or Drupal.

  • Writers and editors

The fact check lists the sentences your sources do not support and says why. You switch between the versions before and after self-review with one click. Copy ready to publish, not to rewrite.

  • Companies selling abroad

Content in Polish, English, German and Czech from the same knowledge base, written directly in the chosen language.

10FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is Content AI different from an AI chat?

A chat answers from the model's memory. Content AI writes from your knowledge base, goes to the web only for missing information and cites it, then scores the draft for SEO, AIO, AEO and GEO and checks the facts. All in one workspace, from topic to publication.

What do I need to get started?

A Content AI account (email and password) and an Anthropic API key, which powers your drafts. You write your first article without a key, once you confirm your email address. After that you need the key on every plan, including Free. OpenAI keys (images, voice-over, transcription) and ElevenLabs keys (better voice-over) are optional. The Free plan gives you 3 articles to start, no card needed.

How do I get an API key, and what does the model cost?

In the Anthropic console you create an account, add credit and create a key. It takes about 10 minutes. You pay the provider for the model on your own account, roughly $0.20-0.40 for an article of about 800 words with scores and a fact check. A step-by-step guide and the calculation are on the “How to get an API key” page.

Where does my API key go?

Only your browser keeps it, in an encrypted cookie bound to your account. No other account can read it. With “Remember on this device” the key stays for 30 days, also after you sign out. Without it, the key stays until you close the browser. It is removed by the “Remove key” button, signing out on all devices, changing or resetting your password and deleting your account. With each request the Content AI server passes the key to the AI provider and does not save it to disk or to logs.

Where do the facts come from?

From the knowledge base. With web search on, missing information comes from the pages listed under the article. Information about your company always comes from the base only.

Will the text be error-free?

No AI tool can guarantee that. Content AI reduces the risk: figures and links come from the sources, and the fact check lists the sentences the sources do not support, quoting each one. A person always has the final say.

How do I pay for a plan?

You pay for paid plans through Stripe, monthly in advance, in euros or Polish złoty: you choose the currency in the purchase window. You enter your card details on Stripe's page, and Content AI never sees them. Paid plans are available to customers with a billing address in the European Union. After each payment Stripe emails you a confirmation.

What document do I get after paying?

After each payment Stripe emails you a payment confirmation. We issue a receipt on request: write to kontakt@content-ai.net within 3 months of the end of the month in which you paid, giving the payment date. Prices on the site are final prices.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

You change your plan in the app: Account, “Change plan”. A higher plan starts right away, and for the rest of the current month you pay the price difference in proportion to the days left. A lower plan starts from the next billing period. You will see the amount and the date of the change on the Stripe page before you confirm it. You change your card and cancel your subscription in the Stripe billing portal (Account, “Manage subscription”). After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the paid month, then your account moves to the Free plan, and your text history and documents stay. Within 14 days of purchase you can also withdraw from the contract: see the withdrawal information.

How does Content AI handle the EU AI Act?

Content AI supports the transparency requirements of the AI Act (Article 50): downloaded and published files carry a note that the content was created with AI, and you can add a visible label for readers when exporting and publishing. The publisher is responsible for the publication: realistic images and recordings, and texts informing the public on matters of public interest without editorial review, must be labelled. Details are on the “AI Act and transparency” page.

Where do my documents go?

Knowledge base documents are stored on the Content AI server and only your account can see them. When writing, the model provider receives only the passages that match the topic. Finished texts and their history stay in your browser.

Which AI models does Content AI use?

Drafts, scores and the fact check come from Anthropic models. Images, voice-over and transcription use OpenAI models, and the better voice-over uses ElevenLabs. Each provider bills usage to your own API key.

Where does the SERP data come from?

The Google results analysis is run by the model with web search, on your API key. It is an estimate of the results, not a ranking measurement. SERP analysis is available from the Standard plan up.

Which languages does Content AI support?

The interface is in Polish and English. Content can be written in Polish, English, German and Czech.
